Stock, but in a roundabout way.  TasKiller kills everything (except processes you set to "ignore") including itself with one touch.  Way easier.

I have a theory for reducing battery usage, though I'm not sure how much difference it would make in real life.  The cool thing about an AMOLED display is that, as I understand it, when a pixel is black, it actually is not using any power(as opposed to most LCDs where the backlight is on for the whole screen no matter what). So if you can set your background and theme and everything you use to have as much black as possible, then I think that would save some of the energy being used to drive the display.  I haven't done any tests with this, but it might be worthwhile to try.

important thing about AMOLED screens... they use very little energy to begin with. Therefore, not sure how much of a difference you could make by lessening it. Also, plain black is boring.

I agree the battery life is not the greatest, but my way around that is to carry the USB charging cable and simply plug the phone in when I stationery.  That, along with TasKiller has kept me up and running pretty smoothly.

I've had better luck charging with USB cable. My husband discharged his battery 2x completely and charged with the USB charger and at noon today it was at 30%, unplugged yesterday at 4am. That's 30 hours later!! Seems like the rapid charge does not top off the battery, and stops charging too soon. Another tip I got was charge with AC charger until it stops charging, then top it off using the USB cable.

Oh and also I didn't see it mentioned here, but battery meter is inaccurate. At 15% I still have 3 hours or so on my phone.

(and here's the rest of what the post was intended to say  -Hokansoc)
1st off the battery meter is inaccurate, software issue as you will find in many forums. Part of the problem lies on the ac charger. The rapid charger does not top off the battery. First thing to do is condition the battery a couple of times. Drain it completely. Many people have had many success using the USB charger instead of the AC charger. My husband did this 2x and his battery is at 30% at noon and has been off the charger since yesterday 4AM....that's 30 hours later! Mine on the other hand, I'm a bit more impatient but this method still renders longer batter life than most. I use the AC charger until it stops charging...then I top it off with the USB charger. I will try to condition my battery and use the usb charger to completely charge my phone and see if I get as good of battery life as my husbands.

Have you tried a different usb port? I almost exclusively use my computer to charge mine and I haven't seen anything like that.

I use the one supplied. Make sure you discharge it all the way, also make sure that your computer does not go on standby mode after so many hours. I didn't realize that my computer stops charging when it sleeps, my husband pointed it out for me. Also, after it completely charges..unplug for a minute and plug it back in and let it charge completely. Do this twice to condition the battery and you'll notice a great improvement on your phone.

Mine was horrible before I did the above. It would drop to 60 the first 20 minutes. But now I'm getting much better battery life. Remember you cant go by the battery meter, it's a software issue that they're trying to fix. Nevertheless, it's annoying but I can deal with the minor shortcoming. I unplug mine at 5am, I mess with it all day at work listening to audio books on my bluetooth for hours, playing games..and it will last me till 7:30pm. My bluetooth consumption utilizes 60% (according to Spare Parts) of my battery which I use way above average than most. I'm sure if I only used my bluetooth for answering phone calls it would last me much more.

Another tip, I dropped my screen brightness to the lowest setting. I don't know about you guys but it's bright enough for me day or night. I am completely happy now with my Samsung Moment.

Hope these tips help, I would like to see others have success using the above tips. Let me know
