How to install:

- Place the framework-res.apk file into your android-sdk-windows\tools folder.
- Boot phone into Recover Mode by holding Vol Down, Call, and End while the phone is off.
- On your computer, in command prompt, navigate to your android-sdk-windows\tools folder:
- Type the following to push the file onto the phone:
- Type the following to reboot the phone:

Thanks! It worked just as well! I don't like the n1 animations. They bog down the phone.

<sigh> After hours of drawing and replaceing, i was only booting up the phone, and it boots fine, loads fine. But, every single freakin app FC's on me. Whats wrong now =(

I've been trying to figure out how to do this but every time i try it doesnt work. Can somebody help?
