Separate contacts, Work Email, Gmail

I figured out how to do this. When you go into Contacts and everyone is there, hit Menu and then "Display Group." My work email are all Exchange contacts, so I could un-select that. I selected My Contacts which I believe it just my gmail friends. You can also select "contacts with phone numbers" which sifts out all the gmail people who don't have numbers attached.
