I know you are probably thinking that im dumb or stupid for asking this but what is ROOTING? What does it do and stuff?

Not a dumb question at all. However if you searched google for android rooting you would get your answer. Since you are new around here I shall let it slide. Rooting is gaining root user status. Kindof like running as adminstrator. What does it do? It allows you to do the theme customization and delete the stock apps preinstalled by sprint. Welcome to the forum.
