the file is too large to post on this forum...there should be a button for a free user(it just makes you wait for about a minute)

booty2: the files you're really wanting are located over in the post called Odin+ Messing with things = Strange new screen. or something like that. Zefie and I figured out how to use the files on that post to re-flash the moment firmware and no one has figured out how to do that with the software in this thread.

Not sure this is going to do us a lot of good guys. I can 100% confirm this is the firmware file sprint service and repair centers use to reflash m900s. ICSS is in fact the program that they use, unfortunately even if you did somehow secure a copy of this program, it still requires a usb dongle key to work. This isn't your standard rom update utility file.
I'm not saying it is not possible that this will be useful, I just don't have a lot of hope for it...
