Thanks for the help. I was stock CL14 (Sprint's update was preinstalled). I tried putting everything that had "gtalk" anywhere in the file name back on the phone with no success.
So I was not minding my own business, removing the annoying pre-installed apps and low and behold... I broke the Market. I wasn't backing anything up because imma noob and was rushing... I'm pretty sure the problem is that I've removed a couple files related to gtalk thinking it was Google Talk... Haha if only it were that simple.
TL;DR I need the .apk's and com.'s for anything to do with gtalk (gtalk.apk, gtalkservice.apk, com.gtalkservice... etc...)
Can anyone point me in the right direction?
when that happened to me I reflashed the CL14_CDMA-ONLY and CL14_WORKING_SYSTEM_ONLY and it worked after that.....you might wanna give it a try....
Based on what I ended up doing (reflashing everything to get ZE12.1 installed), your method should work just fine to resolve this issue. Currently running ZE12.1 and SPH-M900_CL14_STOCK_FIXED_with_CJ05_SBL with no issues (other than the already covered Zephie's Kernel bugs). It's running soo much smoother now than it was before my botched app removal.
Thanks all for the great resources ^_^
