I have a Kenwood head unit and the Kenwood Bluetooth KCA-BT200 that allows the music to play thru the stereo.

When I plug in the 3.5mm cable into the AUX jack the music playes fine without any cutting/skipping but when I play thru the Bluetooth the music skips/cuts and even cuts off completely. Sometimes it even cuts out and goes to home sceen and won't go back to the music player making me have to turn the phone off and back on.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I'd like to know how you got the phone to play through the stereo that way.  I've got an AVIC F90BT in my X5 and it'd be awesome if I could avoid having to use this cord to make the music play through the stereo.

I got the Bluetooth device that worked for the Kenwood that would play music as well as make/take phone calls. KCA-BT200 is specificaly for Kenwood but your brand of radio should have a bluetooth device that goes with it and some even have one built in.

Everything works just like it should with the glaring exception of the music cutting out.

I have surmised that this is something to do with the software inside the Moment itself and not the Kenwood.

I am gonna try this new Android 2.1 update and see if that might clear the problem up.

That has built in Bluetooth. Just go to settings and wireless controls and pair the Moment to the AVIC F90BT. It will ask you for a password but I think it will be 1111 or something built in (you might need a little research for it) Once you're paired then it should play music. If not check with Pioneer to see if you need a sepereate receiver

Now I dont have this problem, but quite the opposite. I have the JVC KDR 800 head unit. I have NO PROBLEMS with the media piped thru bluetooth, but when a call comes in, it doesnt transfer the call to the unit, it just freezes my head unit and disconnects the phone. I've checked SU and they are as useless as heck in a handbasket.
