Okay this was somewhat of a quest for me but it is finally and very easy in Ze14.1(or higher)
If you don't know how to get into ADB go find out before you try and than come back
Read this thread and you can get the info and tools you need to do it
http://www.sdx-developers.com/index.php?topic=524.0You need to have/make a logo.png file (which you can snag from some of the animation themes and tweak)less than 24bit color and less than 300 dpi and less than 30kb png file or you will be restoring in recovery
Here are the commands you input from the command prompt on your computer
adb push logo.png /sdcard (in Android mode this means the phone is on and not in recovery mode or you can just drag it onto your SD card in your Moment but don't put it in a folder)
Now go into recovery mode (power is off Press and hold Vol Down Talk and End Call/Power Button and hold down until your phone boots and goes into recovery 2.0 mode)
adb shell
bmlwrite boot3 /sdcard/logo.png
do NOT typo boot3 lol
(bmlwrite is only in recovery)
Have Fun!!!
thanks to Chibucks and Zefie!!!
