factory reset by other means a code given by.

 on phone dialer,   you hit##786# reset default , 282379 will reset phone

this is one of the commands  to get you correctly to a factory default

 so incase i forget I know where to turn to.

when you  recieve a new phone you may  updated incorrectly and you may have to do a  inphone hard boot.

1 phone did not see usb port or sd card.

2.  phone apps were missing, exam[le Sprint navigation., devicedriver , etc, etc.

3 driver unsuccessfully installed

when resetted the usb card reappeared. and other items should be to Norm
