Hi!  I hope someone can help.  When I try to use the Work Email (Moxio), I get the following error message, "Your exchange server may be using too earlier ActiveSync version. (-5)"

Sprint could not help.  Does anyone know what this means or how to solve this problem?

I really have no idea.  I know that we use the service justhost.com.  I did email my administrator, but haven't heard back, so I thought I'd do some searching of my own.

I'm getting a similar problem.  I am using an exchange server and trying to use the Moxio work mail program that came on the Moment from Sprint.
When I go through the steps to set it up, I get a final error notice that reads "You are not enabled for synchronization.(403)"

Any ideas?  I looked around the net yesterday without much luck.

Think it is the phone or the server??

I've been playing with the settings to get Moxier to sync with Exchange 6.5 Sp2 (aka 2003) and gotten both of those error messages depending on what I've entered for information.

I've also received "Please confirm your ID/password/domain.(500)"

I just can't seem to get it to work at all.
