are there 1 click ways to root the moment

Ok I remember when I had my tmobile g1 some1 came out with 1 click root for it is this impossible with themoment for ppl that just don't understand this rooting stuff I will never get it so should I just give up thanks

There isn't a 1-click root, but there is a step-by-step vid posted by Tecnica that shows you how to do it. I tried several times using other peoples tutorials but just didn't understand the language they were using and it seemed like they were geared toward experienced users.

Here is a link to that post, and you can pause the Youtube vid as you do it so that makes things easy.

Oh yeah, remember to pull your microSD card out first before you do it. Some said it doesn't matter if you take the microSD card out, but to be on the safe side I did.

Forgive my newbie-ness if this isn't what you're looking for, but I have a program called Quick Reboot installed on my phone that allows for a normal reboot, or you can reboot into Recovery and Bootloader mode.
