Samsung Moment - Otterbox for the Moment?

I just purchased a Moment and am making the move from the iPhone 3g. So far, I'm loving the phone, and actually the only thing I miss about the iPhone is the Otterbox case I have for it. They make simply the best cellphone cases I've ever seen, but they don't make one for the Moment. However, they are about to release a case for the Pre, also a slider phone, so I emailed them asking about a Moment case. They got back to me in about 20 mins. Here's our conversation:

Hello, I recently switched from an iPhone 3g to a Samsung Moment smartphone and the only regret I've had so far with the switch is that there is no Otterbox available for the Samsung Moment. I'm sure it's difficult to make a good case for a slider phone, but it seems that you guys have done it with the Pre case. There are currently no good quality, snug fitting cases on the market for this great phone, and I'd like to suggest that you build one similar to the Palm Pre case you've developed. I will buy one in a second, and I'm sure others will to.

Update for Case #83769 - "Samsung Moment case in the works?"

We do not have any information if a case will be made at this time for that device, but it is something that has been requested a lot. I would say to keep an eye on our website, as it will have the most up to date information on any new releases that we may have.

I don't know if it would help for anyone else to email them, but hopefully something's in the works since they have had many requests for one. Here's a picture of the Pre case, I sure hope they make a similar one for this phone as well.

Dang. That's a slick looking case. That sounded like a cookie cutter answer they gave you though.

Maybe. But, awhile back I asked them about a case for the Hero, and they said "No information blah blah" but no mention of there being lots of requests. About a month later, there's a Hero case on their site. Probably just coincidence, but maybe they actually listen to their customers too. Who knows, but it probably can't hurt to let them know there's a market for this product.

For what its worth, I sent an inquiry asking them to make a case for the Moment. Hopefully they do soon. I really like the look of the case in the above post.

Just wanted to shoot you an inquiry to see if your awesome company will make a case for the Samsung Moment. I and some other followers on a forum are really looking forward to hearing some positive news from you.

Why wont they take our money? I mean just looking at this standpoint anyone with this phone will be willing to pay good money for a decent case. Not to mention they sound like a broken record.
