sprint says my moment has flash 10!?!

i ordered the moment from sprint today 3/2010 and i asked the sales person what version android software and what version of flash was installed and after being on hold so she could consult the "tech" she came back and told me it was being shipped with android 2.1 and flash10, ive been reading alot that the phone doesnt support flash10 so if i get it and its not supported is there anything i can do? the whole order conversation was recorded im sure, so its on record saying that its shipped with flash 10 and i stated that that was the selling point for me as i wouldnt have ordered it if it was a lower version(i didnt tell her this prior to asking what version it shipped with so she wasnt just blowing smoke and pushing a hard sell)....so anyway, does anyone think theres any truth to  this and if not will there be anything i can do about it once i get the phone?

If you get one with 2.1 you will be our go to guy for tearing that thing apart lol. It'd be nice if it did, because im so ready to see what 2.1 brings especially what custom kernels and 2.1.

This is just speculation but maybe the Sprint rep is assuming by the time you receive your phone the 2.1 will be available for the rest of us. Maybe they know something we don't. After all, isn't it supposed to be coming "early Q2?" At least that's what I've been hearing. We are early into the second quarter now, albeit very early.

In my experience with Sprint's tele-sales, they will say anything that they believe might close the sale - even when I had written down representatives names and their ID #'s in case there was a problem.

And when there was a problem, I discovered that one of the reps had actually given me someone else's ID #! How's that for sneaky?

Bottom line, I would take anything you get from tele-sales with enough salt to de-ice I-35 from Canada to Mexico.

Got no word on flash 10 but was told there's a week until it drops. I was told "sometime in the next five-ten days. Which fits with the 31st....but almost fits with the 9th too. Here's hoping. I'm rooting anyhow, so it doesn't matter, but its a little something.
