I purchased the Moment phone because I want to stream internet music.  I have an iPod, but I wanted the DJ experience of either Sirius, Live365 or Pandora.  I got my music, but I wanted DJ or A.I. to pick tunes\bands around what I like.

No support from Sirius yet that I can work out for Moment streaming.  No support from Live365 yet.  Pandora loaded without a hitch.

I'm streaming Pandora.  It's fantastic.  But one problem:  I'm getting cut-off with most songs.  There is also some glitchy-ness on Pandora streaming.  Still beats commericials on the radio.

if you haven't flashed your moment with zefie's custom kernel, you should give that a try.  a lot of people have said that it fixes stuttering and cutting-off in pandora.

Sorry dude...I'm a newb to what you said to do.  I would really like to learn this.  I'm a quick-study.  By "flash" & "zefie's custom kernal", do you mean go into apps & d\L something called "zefie's"?  Very much appreciate your comments & advice.

And thanks to EVERYONE who's sharing what they know about this cool little phone.

You need to go into the Rooting section of the forum and read all you can about the processes before you try it.  There is a stickied thread that is a good guide.

thank you CarlaDarla.  Will do.  Even the terminology "rooting", I'm learning.  Like I said, I'm a darn newb.  I've been studying the posts on this forum as fast as I can to learn this toy.  I just wanted to comment what my experiences were regarding streaming Pandora.  peace

I have ZE07 because of the problems I heard people have having with ZE08 and my Pandora is still crap. Any thoughts to why? I just did a wi pe last night with minimal apps loaded and sprint bloatware removed.

This was one of the reasons why I just gave my moment back and switched to the Hero. the Moment does not handle Pandora very well - and the sound quality being output through a stereo system is not good....it is missing the bass notes or they sound very muffled. I am an audio buff so this was a big factor in my decision. Hopefully the future upgrades will help address this but I am not waiting. Pandora sound quality through the Hero is pretty much mp3 quality....no issues with Bass notes not coming through clearly. The Hero also works the app much better. Listened to it for 4 hours straight yesterday and only heard one small glitch that lasted a second. The music played uninterrupted which I never experienced with the Moment.

Good luck all

Are all Android models supported?
Yes, all existing Android devices are supported. Version 1.1 of the Pandora Android app is now available, which works on any Android device, including the Droid.

(NOTE: The one exception, due to a firmware issue that we are working out with the manufacturer, is the Sprint Samsung Moment, which is not yet supported.)

Sprint peddles this noise (crap) to people and that is why the phone is falling $$$.  Neat concepts but too much guinea pig time "off the road" with your machines.

Direction for Driods but we've all been taken just like poor people in countries where the pharmaceutical companies "trial" their horror.

Paying the 2-yr contract fix is one thing, and adding the cost of an experimental device on top of that is quite another.  We've been had.
