Letter C just stops working

Well I do not load much apps up,
 I have a bluetooth on/off, missed reminder, and tonepicker, I no longer need a radio station as sprint tv covers that, so what I have had happened.

I type text to people, search, etc, etc, and well lately I noticed the letter "C" not popping in on agoogle searc, exaple tv.om, and if I still went to google not a single thing.  I go  into contacts and can type Ccccc, and it comes up.

This is a Virus a program that hacked in to the phone etc, etc........  You need the letter c to get to .com sites and that stopped me. the fix was to reformat to factory the phone, twice I did today. issue lost bluetooth paring had to wait for a pc connection to get back to the phone, gotta luv it.

has anyone feel the same as  a character is gone astray?

sorry, I did  not think of doing that.  I deffently was able to type in on different locations, but  google. it stoppe me from even going to a site C is a common character for .com sites.  If it were otehr key as well, tehn I say a bad  board.
