The other day;
I went about my buss, my Job, I waited @ a site. the person was not there......
I make a Call, and I get code 404 take 4 something like that which say. In order to make a call your account is not active.. and in spanish...
I tried another number, thinking the person blocked me.
I called *2, and 9-11 will work. in my eyes my phone was deactivated or stopped by Sprint.
I called addressed my problem, and wastold to troubleshoot with a different phone, as I asked for what steps are we to do.
I knew the step, pull battery and try to call those are the only steps, they'll ask to look in the phone.
So whne I asked and demanded a return phone call to see if they can call me they said in 9 minutes we'll return a call. and then the person started to Sell me services .
That was the straw that broke the camels back!
I drove to another location to see if it was a tower down. No. went back......
I noticed I could text, and Use Data. I must have been with Sprint on the phone 2 hours. and finally got the problem resolved.
I asked for the resolution, and they could not tell me.
It was someone, either hitting a key on the keyboard cell tower down, etc, etc....
I got diconnected, one return call, nothing more.....
I called abck after I settledwith others, finding my service down for over 8 hrs.
I called, talked to customer service, and they said a supervisor will call you noon mountain time, here it is the next day LIED TO, till I get the phone call....
All due to Droid 2.1 update, lol.
I requested a new phone, and awaiting that person to call back....
i will be requesting a full Credit for service interuption of more then a months period
I hope others do not hve to go through Business like this of Sprint.
A curtisy call, till answered must be followed up, Business makes the world go round....
