have you tried a battery pull and reboot?

i take it you prolly cant unlock the phone?
I would either reflash the phone or enter recovery mode and revert the phone back to stock that way

i didn't quite understand what you said.........so you can't reflash your phone? you don't have to go into recovery to reflash your phone........that's what I would do......

take your phone to sprint, that will be covered under warranty, i had the same thing happened to my old instinct...

sprint fixed my instinct free of charge no questions asked.  I would not buy anything because then you would have to install it yourself and then you run the risk of voiding your warranty all together...even if you could get teh touch drivers and install them i highly doubt that would do anything, reflashing the phone does just that.  Everything you have told me convinces me that your touchscreen went bad and either the phone has to be replaced or let sprint install you a new touchscreen and it wont cost anything except the time to take it there.

no.............men no tengo tienda... pork aqui en rd no ahy sprint lo usamos con claro pero claro no resuelve ese problema....necesito saver si comprando el touch nuevo funcionara pork tengo l afacilidad de comprarlo... el problema fue cuando en el modo test le di a touch fw update. entonce k hago???
