well it don't look I'm going to able to come over guy"s  Cry seem sprint don't want to switch my phone I'm within my 30 days but since i didn't get it from a store they wont exchange it. Roll Eyes good old sprint. Tongue first they charge me restock that wasn't cool but I'm willing to pay it but I'm not about to pay for the phone I'm giving them their BB 9630 for the exchange they are really pushing Shocked I'm really close to calling VZW and going back there. Not following you.  The sprint store won't exchange your phone because you got it from sprint online?  If thats the case, call sprint.  They will send you a new one out, and provide a postage paid box for the damaged one, if thats what you mean.  Otherwise, I don't understand the post.

you can always go back to the plase where you bought your phone and exchange it if they dont wanto well you can actually cancel your contract without getting charge for the ETF since you still are in your 30 days. Then go to an actual sprint store and get the phone that you want. I dont know if that is your problem.

I had the same issue as you I bought a Curve on "The Shack" (Radio Shack) and I saw the Moment, when to a sprint store and wanted to exhange it but they said no cuz i didnt bought it on a sprint store. So I had to go to Radio Shack to exchange they said no and I had to call Customer Service to cancel my contract no ETF paid cuz i was still on my  30 days. Then I went to a sprint store again and got the Moment.

I really hope I gave you the right answer and help.
