So like I said....Unless the N1 is bigger and AMOLED screen....I could care less....Its not worth it in most circumstances.

Well its still speculation that Sprint will get the N1, however sometime in March or April, Sprint will get the HTC Supersonic.  Although it won't have a physical keyboard, its specs are similar to the N1, except that it will be the 1st 4g phone, and will have a whopping 4.3" Amoled screen, complete with a kickstand to hold it up! lol

who cares, every phone america gets, is out dated about 4 months before we get it so no matter what, there's always a better phone.

get the best phone you can afford at the time and ignore the whining so long as you like the phone...

the Samsung Eternity/Instinct/Behold/Highlight/Solstice/etc were all really nice phones.  all the same, but nice.

the would have been nicer several years before had they been brought over when they were made...

I would have to agree....over in Japan and Europe they have cell phones that have Global reception, 10 MP Cameras and 1080P recording (I think) but they do have 10-12 MP cams in phones. This country is soooooo controlled by the government its not even funny!

god bless (or smite preferably) the FCC...

yes, we have "Camera Phones" here, devices that are designed for calling and if you happen to take a few pictures, they'll look decent.

there, they have "Phone Cameras", devices that are designed equally for pictures and phone capabilities with OS's that fully exploit both ends of the devices capabilities...

but the FCC steps in and says "NO!"  we won't allow fun over here in America, keep your fancy, high battery life, easy to use phones.  we wanna blow the iPhone...

This sounds very messed up to me, but last i heard the N1 on sprint will be the HTC SuperSonic.... not sure about the HTC Bravo, maybe that may be the one with the 4.3 screen, that is massive, as long is it's thin, i'd go for it, but i will say this, i hated the moment, i mean i thought it was a piece compared to the HTC Hero that i had, then i got one, and once you have it, it's not real bulky, but i love the moment over the hero, however, only thing i miss from HTC is "Sense UI" that's it.

As far as who gets phones when, and how long they've been out before we get them here in america, i don't know, but obviously i'm learning something Wink

So what your saying is there is a difference between a "Camera Phone" and a "Phone Camera" very interesting!

He is basically saying that there are phones designed to just be a cell phone version of a Point-and-Click basic camera...and some advanced phones have much more features...the difference is Americas version of these phones are SOOOOOOO Scaled down...its not even funny. Our government is afraid of some computer hacker using a 1.5 GHZ Snapdragon phone with a 12 MP camera...and crap loads of ram hacking into their computers....and yes its possible
