Camera Issue

First, I want to say I love this phone, but for some reason my camera will no longer load up. I haven't installed any new apps or programs so that can't be the issue. The camera icon or side button won't the camera all I get is a black screen. This is only the second issue I had with my Moment and is this probelm has already be addressed please direct me to the proper thread. Also I did search the threads using the search field and didn't see a similar thread.

I have had this same issue. The first time, the default camera app would not work, but the third party apps activated the camera. The Sprint store did a phone reset and the camera started working again.

It just happen again, but this I did the Zefie firmware upgrade and the camera came back.

It could be a simple software glitch or more likely a hardware issue. Even if a reset fixes the issue, I would have a Sprint repair center do it so the issue is logged. If it reoccurs, you should be due a replacement device. Good luck!

I had the same issue.... took it back and they traded me out.

It's not common but it's known to happen.
